"Products" means digital planner kits and related templates including Morning Block Blueprint, Creative Sprint Planner Kit, and Freelancer Week Architecture. "Content" means articles, methods, graphics, and downloadable files published on the site. "You" means any visitor or customer.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old or have parental consent to purchase products. You represent that information you provide when ordering through our contact form is accurate and that you will use planner materials only for lawful personal or business scheduling purposes.
License to Use Content
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased Products for your own freelance or creative business planning. You may print pages for personal use and import structures into productivity tools. You may not:

- Remove copyright notices or brand attribution from templates
- Upload Products to public template marketplaces or stock libraries
- Reverse engineer files to create competing planner products
Website Use
You agree not to interfere with site security, scrape content at scale without permission, transmit malware, or use automated systems that degrade performance. Educational articles about day planning may be linked with attribution; republication of full text requires written approval from notifyuse@movementbiomotio.world.
Product Descriptions and Pricing
We strive to describe planner kits accurately, including features, file formats, and AUD prices displayed on planner-kits.html. Prices may change; confirmed orders honor the price at purchase. Minor typographical errors do not obligate us to fulfill impossible terms.
Orders and Delivery
Digital Products are sent via email or download link after we confirm your order and payment. Delivery is typically within one business day. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and downloading files before any link expiry stated in your confirmation.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
